INSAF Live Online Courses
All enrolments must be accompanied by payment in full, unless the relevant course is of a type where flexible payment is offered. If an employer is paying for a candidate’s participation for a course, that employer may be sent the relevant candidate’s test results and progress and attendance records (where applicable). A course cancellation requires that a written or e-mail notification be received by INSAF Global Business School within 14 days after the date of enrolment. A cancellation charge of £50 per course will be charged by INSAF Global Business School at the time of cancellation. INSAF Global Business School reserves the right to use its discretion to determine whether to make refunds in particular instances. Courses are not transferable between students.
Change of tutors and courses dates
INSAF Global Business School reserves the right to change course dates, cancel courses and change tutors either before or during a course programme at its sole discretion.
